Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for orders more than R750. We are based in Cape Town, orders in Cape Town takes 1-2 business days to deliver, outside of Cape Town will take 3-7 business days depending on your location. Orders takes between 24-48 hours to process (does not include public holidays and weekends).

Please note when there is a sale running, orders will take longer to be shipped.

We charge a fixed courier fee of R95 for orders below R750.

If the Courier Guy are not allowed to enter rural areas, a notification will be send to the customer to collect the parcel at the nearest police station. This will be the responsibility of the customer and if not collected, the customer will incur these costs.

Please note if the customer give the wrong delivery address and the courier company deliver to the wrong house, the client will be responsible for all costs associated and may also result in losing his/her order.
